Terms and Conditions Use of the sm506 Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between sm506 ("Platform", "we") and you as a registered user or member ("Member", "you"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between both parties.

If it is proven that a member has provided false information regarding their age or identity, sm506 reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit any associated balance or winnings.

3User Account

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account on the sm506 platform only. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — including using different names, addresses, phone numbers, or devices — is a serious violation of these Terms.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. sm506 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• Report to the sm506 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

Sm506 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your negligence in maintaining account security, unless it is proven that such losses were caused by a vulnerability in our own system.

Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents before a withdrawal is approved or when your account reaches a certain transaction threshold. 4Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit Policy

• Any deposit that cannot be matched to a member's account will be returned using the same payment method.
• Only payment methods registered under the same member's name are accepted — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals can only be made to the account or payment method registered under the same member's name.
• Sm506 processes withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the completion of security checks and KYC where applicable.
• Sm506 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests.

5Bonus & Promotions

Sm506 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated in the respective promotion, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and any applicable game restrictions.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.
• Sm506 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms of any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or exploitation.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including risk-free arbitrage, may result in account termination.

6Game Rules

• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes.

8Liability Limits

• Internet or device connection failure on the member's end.

In all circumstances, sm506's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

9Account Termination

Voluntary Closure

You may close your sm506 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the settlement of any active bets and relevant KYC verification.

Closure by sm506

Sm506 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• A member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Information provided during registration was found to be false or misleading.
• The relevant authority has directed the closure of the account.

10Terms Amendment

Sm506 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to members via a prominent notice on the platform or by registered email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the sm506 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the amendments, you should stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 9.
